Warranty

Vertical Support Posts:

Poly Playsystems® recycled plastic vertical support posts carry a ten year structural warranty (from the date of purchase) against failure from corrosion, deterioration, faulty workmanship or weathering. 

Timber Playsystems® vertical support posts carry a ten year structural warranty (from the date of purchase) against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or faulty workmanship. This includes deterioration from fungi or insect damage and cracking which affects the structural safety of the unit.  Normal checking and cracking (inherent to dimensional wood products) that do not affect the structural integrity of the structure are not covered under this warranty.

Other Components:

Pacific Outdoor Products manufactured steel components (such as, but not limited to, climbers and ladders) and collar systems carry a three year warranty against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or faulty workmanship.

All other components and hardware carry a three year warranty against deterioration and faulty workmanship.

Site Furnishings:

Pacific Outdoor Products Site Furnishings (benches, tables, bike racks and trash receptacles) carry a three (3) year warranty against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or faulty workmanship.

Hardware – all product lines:

All assembly hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, screws etc.) carry a two (2) year warranty against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration.

Replacements:

Replacement parts will be furnished free of charge (shipping and labor excluded) subject to the following conditions: (1) This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.  (2) All returns must be approved in advance. 

(3) Structures assembled improperly or contrary to factory instructions, or altered without authorization, will void guarantee. 

Warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse, abuse, neglect or acts of nature.  You may be required to submit photographs to determine eligibility for replacement parts.

Pacific Outdoor Products, Inc. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply in all cases.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
